3. Equipment Sizing & Dimensional Suitability

Easy Mobility transfer chairs are engineered to assist caregivers and patients with safer home transfers between beds, commodes, and seating. Because residential furniture dimensions vary, customers are strongly encouraged to verify:

• Under-bed clearance: Ensuring at least 4.7 inches (12 cm) of clearance beneath the bed base for the chair's support wheels.
• Doorway width: Ensuring passage openings are wider than the unit’s overall wheel track (minimum 23.6 inches / 60 cm).
• Bed & seat height: Confirming elevation levels fall within our adjustable lift bracket range.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Operating equipment above the designated maximum safe working load (265 lbs / 120 kg).
• Failure to lock rear dual-wheel brakes prior to patient seating or dismounting.
• Unsupervised transfers or failure to fasten the safety harness/lock mechanism.
• Unauthorized mechanical alterations or use of third-party attachments.

6. Official Invoicing & 14-Day Fit Guarantee

Every order processed through our checkout generates an official itemized PDF invoice detailing equipment serial numbers and specifications to support private insurance claims and the Canada Medical Expense Tax Credit (METC).
