Cancellation Policy:
After successful payment order can be cancelled within 24 hours by sending an email to customer care at contactus@easymobility.ca.The amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
Refund Policy:
You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. However care must be taken to use the equipment on even surfaces and all the four wheels must bear the weight when the equipment is in use for the safety of the patient and proper functioning of equipment. We offer one year warranty for manufacturing defects. However product must be returned for repairs / replacement in original packing and original invoice.
